We offer FREE SHIPPING to our valued customers.

Shipping is approximately 3 weeks dependant on time of year and our local postal service.

All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may take slightly longer.

We select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered for our customers and aim for fast delivery. However due to a high demand, please allow 15 business days for your order to arrive before filing a query as there are occasions where the customs process can cause delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice to the email address you provide in your order.

Please note that if you have ordered different products, they may arrive in separate packages.

If by chance your item(s) has not arrived within 20 days please contact us at info@stushlifestyle.com so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order.

Stush lifestyle is not responsible for any Handling fees that may be charged according to your country import laws.


TERMS OF PURCHASE


By ordering an item from Stush Society you agree that you have read the items product description, referenced its size chart and selected your correct size. You also agree that you have read and agree to our Returns Policy below and Terms of Service.

Order acceptance Fraud Protection

When your order is placed, all of the available data shown to us (IP address, shipping and billing address etc) is used to establish that the card holder's details are not being used fraudulently.

If any mismatching details appear such as mismatching shipping and billing, mismatching IP address, mismatching names, countries or even cities then we may require additional data upon receiving your order, if any details are flagged as potentially fraudulent.

We will only use the requested data from you to confirm that the card's registered billing address matches the name as shown on our order and it is being used by the card holder only - this is to protect both you and us from potential fraudulent activity.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up until they are shipped but not afterward.

Non-returnable (NO refunds/exchanges/store credit) items include:
Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie and swimwear.

Returns, Refunds Credits accepted with exceptions.
Details based on reason are detailed below.


CHANGED YOUR MIND


If you're not happy with the item or simply change your mind, we are happy to accept a return for refund or return for store credit

- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery - Claims after 48hours will not be accepted.
- Requests must be made here.
- Returned packages must be first approved for return by completing the online returns process
- Once your return request has been Approved, packages must be shipped for return to us, with tracking number provided within 5 business days of Approval or your request may be cancelled.
- Items must be retuned in full (i.e. belts, bows, pins, extra button etc.). Failure to do so may result in partial or no refund
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Failure to do so may result in partial or no refund
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Failure to do so may result in partial or no refund
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center at which point your refund will be issued however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
- Store credit refunds will be available immediately after 2-3 days processing and come in the form of a code on email.
- We cannot refund duties or local postal charges.
- Packages not arriving, damaged or wrong items are handled differently. Read below

Shipping back to us

- As we do offer free shipping out to you we DO NOT cover shipping costs back to us
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
- All postage must include tracking and you must provide that tracking number to us.
- We also highly recommend requesting signed for and insured as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit for your returns.
- We are not responsible for cost of any returns postage, damage in transit or loss.
- We must successfully receive your returned item (s) in the above stated condition and following our return process here in order for us to issue the agreed upon outcome.

Note: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue store credit for your returns.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team handles situations in which a #SocietyLadies return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a lady’s right to shop, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #SocietyLadies across the globe.


PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE


If for some unlikely reason your package does not arrive we are happy to issue a Store Credit so that you may repurchase the item or another in the shop. *Please note the exceptions below.

- Requests can be made no sooner than 30 days after order date.
- To receive the credit you must provide proof that the item did not arrive.
- You will need to follow our refund process here and provide supporting documents for your claim.
- If the request is accepted, your credit will processed in 2-3 business days.
- Store credit will be available immediately after 2-3 days processing and come in the form of a code on email.
- We cannot refund/credit duties or local postal charges.

* Exceptions where we DO NOT offer refunds credits on packages that did not arrive are:

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, delivered package stolen)
- You refused the package
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Stush Society (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, local postal issues).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Stush Society

In these exception cases, if the package becomes lost in the postal black hole and does not make it back to us, no refund, credit or exchange will be issued.

If the item successfully finds it's way back to us, you will be issued a Store Credit less $5 coverage of the initial shipping charge.

Note: We are unable to replace or reship items. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRENT OR MISSING PARTS


- Damaged, defective, incorrect items or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery using our online returns request process here. Note: Claims after 48hrs will not be accepted

In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, note that they are eligible for a full or partial refund or store credit depending on circumstances. Please read below for terms.

- Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please complete the online returns request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims after 48hr will not be accepted.
- You must include photos and a description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
Depending on the case, full or partial a partial refund may be issued.
If the request is accepted, your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- You will need to follow our refund process here and provide supporting documents for your claim

STORE CREDIT


Store credit in the form of a Stush Society E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. We not issue store credit for duties or the original shipping charges, where applicable.

E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

STALE RETURNS


We require items to be received to us within 30 days of the delivery date, as stated in our Returns Policy. Returns received in our Distribution Center after 30 days are considered to be “stale” returns and as such garner a 25% restocking fee. You will receive a Stush Society E-Gift Card for the return less the restocking fee.
